Utility services are charged separately but reductions are possible depending on income. Charges typically range from $100 to $200 monthly and include water, garbage, gas, electric service, and some extra storage. Ask about the exact costs to cover your needs.

WiFi internet service, cable TV, and additional parking, storage, or shop space is also available. Our online connection is strong and reliable, and expanded channels are included with TV service. These added services are available but are not required for tenancy. A common laundry area is available for use any day of the week.

The property is managed like a well-maintained private park. The best part about that is you don’t have to do a thing! Mature landscaping, sitting areas and walking trails are some of the nice features to enjoy. Management is available on-call so you always have a worry-free environment ready to support you. 

With a central house and three rentals, the property is personal but very private. You might say hello to someone in the driveway, but all living areas are quiet and peaceful. Dedicated off street parking and an auto maintenance area is provided. Once you finalize your features and costs, there’s nothing to think about!
